What are Letterbox Flowers?Letterbox flowers are fresh, hand-picked blooms carefully packed flat in a protective box designed to fit through your letterbox - no need for the lucky recipient to be home to receive them!

Will the flowers be damaged during delivery?Nope! We pack each stem snugly and securely to prevent damage in transit. Our packaging is designed to keep the flowers safe, and ensure they look lovely when they arrive.

Do I need to arrange the flowers myself?Yes, and that’s part of the fun! We send the flowers loose with a guide for easy arranging. It’s a lovely mindful moment just for you (or your lucky recipient).

How long do letterbox flowers last?With a little TLC, your flowers should last 5 - 7 days. We include care tips and flower food to help you get the most out of every petal.

Do you include flower food and care instructions?Absolutely. Every box comes with two sachets of flower food and simple care instructions to help your blooms thrive.

Can I include a personal message?Yes! Add a personalised note at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it for that extra special touch. And the best bit, your message will arrive on a seeded notecard for the recipient to plant - that's right, extra flowers for free!

What if the recipient isn’t home?No worries, our boxes are designed to fit through most standard letterboxes, so the flowers will be waiting when they get in. If they can't be through the letterbox the postie will leave them in a secure location for collection.

How fresh are the flowers?Super fresh! Picked, packed and arriving with you within just 48hrs. They'll arrive in peak condition ready to bloom.

Can I choose a delivery date?Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Alternatively all orders are posted same day for next day delivery if ordered before 11am or posted the next working day if ordered after 11am. We’ll do our best to make sure they arrive bang on time.

What if my flowers don’t arrive or arrive damaged?We’re here to help! Just get in touch with us at shop@kindpetals.co.uk, and we’ll sort it out quickly - either a replacement or refund.

Are the flowers eco-friendly?Yes! We use fully recyclable packaging and source blooms responsibly wherever possible, keeping our petals kind to the planet.

Do you deliver across the UK?Yes, we deliver nationwide via Royal Mail. Some remote areas might take an extra day or two, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Do you really donate £1.50 to charity for every order?Yes! The full £1.50 from every letterbox flower order goes straight to charity. No deductions, no hidden fees - just pure kindness.

Where does the £1.50 go?We donate it directly to carefully chosen charities that really mean something to us - think mental health support, families in need, and environmental causes. We regularly rotate and highlight the charities we support.

Can I find out which charity my order supported?Yes! When choosing your order you'll have the charities to choose from, then when we send your letterbox flowers they'll be an information card included explaining which charity your supporting and some more details on the amazing work they do!

Does the donation come out of my order total?Nope. It’s a contribution we make as part of your order. You buy the flowers - you spread the kindness. Simple as that.
